Looking at the results of the poll, it does seem to me that 'most West Ham fans are all wrong'. At the moment, 72% think Newcastle will get relegated.
Your wrong there, the poll asks who you WANT to be relegated not who you think will be

We had a great first half of the season

Injuries to key players, rest going on very early holiday,and management letting it happen are to blame.
Safe in December is something we are not used to

Does anyone else get ticked when BFS constantly calls us a Championship team who have only been up a couple of seasons. Yes we went down for a short while but our history has mostly been a division one then premiership team since the 1950's.

That's a bit crap though master. We were THE team of the first half of the season. Of course we are the worst team after that, but a look at the season should include our run up to third.

Since Boxing day we've managed just 16 points from 20 matches and in the process scored a paltry 15 goals.
That is nailed on relegation form.
If he's still here next season I fear for us.

I absolutely agree it is only a matter of fortune that we did so well at one point or another the last two seasons because Big Sam has the skill of getting hardly any points for large sections of the said seasons and does so by trying to be tactically astute which shows how brilliant he is, NOT !

It's strange how Sam has had 2 seasons in a row where his teams just "free-falled" for months on end. At some point you have to ask is it luck or skill that get's him the points that allows him to survive?
Both spells seemed to be caused by injuries to Carroll and/or Nolan (or his reliance on 1 style of play that need caroll and nolan). The question for the chairmen is not can we afford to lose the "guaranteed safety" that Sam brings.
Rather it's can we afford to play Russian roulette again next season and gamble on a manager that has twice been in relegation form for months on end regardless of how much money or new players they have given him.

I've had loads of fans of other teams saying "He's done well for you. He's a good manager" but when I ask if they'd want him at their club the answer usually amounts to "fuck off, all he plays is hoofball".
Says it all.

We have the MIGHTY Southampton, Swansea and Stoke all above us and Palace just behind...
It's been a FANTASTIC season!... Rubbing shoulders - well, trailing just behind these ELITE clubs - is what dreams are made of!...
One FA Cup win between them all!... That beats our solitary 1996 Pisspot Cunt Shield we won as a Division Three club - how we've progressed since those days!...
